Year, 2004 marked the formation of The Eastern Edge with a group of young professionals of varied fields. Equipped with enthusiasm, energy and motivation to change the world, the youth group opted for perfection through professional approaches. Young minds under the valuable guidance of sector specific experienced leaders sharpen their skills and ability and earned experience through working in various organizations. The Eastern Edge has now grown up with its skilled, energetic, confident and experienced professional troops and ready to combat the problem of professional approach in planning, formulating, focused research, training, monitoring & evaluation, implementation and documentation. In 2006, The Eastern Edge expanded its wing as TEERDS (The Eastern Edge Rural Development Society) under society registration act XXI of 1860, provides its consultancy services to different organizations, firms, national or international agencies or whosoever willing to enjoy development at its new height with a vision of new India. TEERDS mainly focused to Research and Impact assessment, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Trainings and documentation. In order to cater the requirements of private sectors, new chapter of TEERDS begin with ‘T Eastern Edge Research & Data Services Private Limited’ (TEERDS PVT. LTD.) in 2013 under which manpower support, staffing, professional trainings has been started with DB corp. Ltd. in Jharkhand and Bihar.
